Online purchases policy and in-store transactions policy.

We maintain two distinct policies: one for online purchases and another for in-store transactions. Please take a moment to review the details below.

The majority of our products are readily available in most sizes for prompt delivery, but certain items may need to be pre-ordered. This flexibility enables us to maintain a vast and diverse inventory.

Our standard delivery fee for mainland UK is £5.50 , with an expected delivery time of 3-5 business days. Upon receiving your payment, we will communicate the estimated arrival date. All items are dispatched through tracked courier services within mainland UK. 

Please be aware that international shipping may involve slightly higher costs. The exact fee will be indicated during the checkout process after entering your delivery address. Rest assured, all our payment methods are securely handled, and we do not retain any credit or debit card information.

Online Order Returns Policy:

For online orders, simply return the unworn and unmarked item to the returns address specified on the invoice included in your package within 14 days to receive a refund. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable, and we encourage you to review our detailed returns conditions on our website.

Please use a tracked and signed-for service for return postage, and keep in mind that our standard postage rate is £5.5 for up to 3 items. If all items are returned, the actual postage cost will be deducted from the refund, as we subsidise postage at this rate.

In-Store Returns Policy

For in-store purchases, if you change your mind within 14 days of acquiring a stock item and return it, you have the option of an exchange or a store credit. In the case of a faulty item, please inform us within 14 days. Please note that loose threads or loss of beading after wearing are considered normal wear and tear.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Special order and bespoke items, such as prom and full-length gowns, are subject to specific conditions. A 100% non-refundable deposit is required for our bespoke prom service, and there are no refunds or exchanges for full-length gowns.

For both In-store & Online purchased dresses- altered /tailored items are NON REFUNDABLE


Pre-order Items

No refunds or exchanges are offered for special occasion wear or forward dress orders. If the event is cancelled after placing your order or for any other reason you choose not to wear the dress upon collection, the full balance remains payable. For pre-orders, the customers can choose to have the item shipped or picked up in-store. Once the pre-ordered item has arrived, the customer will be notified via email and/or phone

Delivery Charges:

UK shipping is £5,50 for all orders, but the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. For Europe the charge is £16. All other international deliveries are charged at £22. If in any doubt please contact our sales team before placing your order.
