In-Store & Prom Promise Policy
1. Showroom Appointments & Visits (Glasgow)
1.1. Priority Access: We recommend booking a Private Fitting Appointment to ensure dedicated styling assistance and fitting room access, especially on weekends.
1.2. Guest Policy: Guests aged 18 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during any fitting appointment.
1.3. Collection: Please do not book a fitting appointment for dress collection. Call the showroom directly to arrange a pick-up time.
2. The Prom Promise
2.1. Exclusivity Guarantee: Prom Royale guarantees that we will not sell the same style number of any Prom Dress to two girls attending the same school for the same event (the school and event must be registered at the time of purchase).
2.2. Securing the Promise: This guarantee is secured upon the payment of a non-refundable deposit for the gown.
3. In-Store Return Policy
3.1. Stock Items: If you change your mind about an in-stock item purchase, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases unless the item is deemed faulty.
3.2. Full-Length Gowns & Special Orders: All purchases of full-length Prom Dresses, Evening Gowns, and bespoke special orders are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.
3.3. Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance event are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
4. Tailoring & Alterations Service
4.1. Alterations Consultations must be booked separately from fitting appointments.
4.2. Liability: Once a dress is accepted for alteration and work has commenced, the dress is officially considered altered/tailored and becomes NON-REFUNDABLE as per the T&Cs.
4.3. Faults: Claims regarding faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase/receipt. Please note: Loose threads or loss of beading after the item has been worn is considered normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault.
