Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Order Processing & UK Delivery

1.1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed for dispatch within 1-2 business days. During peak season (Jan-May) or major sales, please allow 4-5 business days for processing.

1.2. UK Shipping: Standard delivery for mainland UK is £5.50, with an expected transit time of 3-5 business days post-dispatch. All items are sent via tracked courier service.

1.3. Store Pick-Up: The 'Store Pick Up' option is available at our Glasgow Showroom. Orders are usually ready for collection within 3 working hours of purchase notification.

2. International Shipping

2.1. Costs: Shipping to Europe is £16.00. All other international destinations are charged at £22.00. Exact fees will be calculated at checkout.

2.2. Customs & Duties: The customer is entirely responsible for covering all local import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees applied by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are non-refundable.

3. Online Returns & Exchanges

3.1. Returns Window: For online orders, items must be returned to our returns address within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit.

3.2. Eligibility: All returned items must be: * Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. * Free from odors (perfume, smoke) and marks (makeup, tan, deodorant). * Have all original tags and labels (including swing tags) fully attached. * Accompanied by the original invoice.

3.3. Return Costs: Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service.

3.4. Refund Deduction: The initial subsidised shipping cost of £5.50 will be deducted from your total refund amount if all items from the order are returned.

3.5. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 working days of the returned item being inspected and accepted by our team.

3.6. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. If you require a different size or style, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order online.
