A personalised 45-minute time slot with a styling assistant and priority access to fitting rooms.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are free and last about 45 minutes. Booking is the only way to guarantee a fitting room and a member of staff to yourself, and Saturdays fill up well ahead — especially in prom season. Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but we can't hold a room without an appointment. You're welcome to bring up to three people with you. If you are 18 or under, one of them must be your parent or guardian. Any friends coming with you should be 18 or over. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, just let us know and we'll find you another time.
